Defective Product Returns Only:

We accept returns exclusively for defective products.

7-Day Return Policy:

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

•              Must be defective or damaged upon receipt.
•              Must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
•              Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at bilalgsmstore@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: Return Address: Muslim Market Behind Qissa Khwani Bazar Jehangir Pura Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtoon Khwa 25000, Pakistan If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. For international customers, please note that shipping may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

•              Perishable goods (e.g., adhesive product )
•              Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
•              Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids)

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, return the defective product and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union Cooling-Off Period:
For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at bilalgsmstore@gmail.com.
